1:  Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of making them after which you should contact me to check whether the card you have ordered has already been sent out to you.

2.  Orders finalised (i.e. posted) can be returned unopened within 2 weeks for a full refund.

3.  Damaged cards can be returned for refund or replacement as long as contact has been made as soon as you are aware of the problem.  Please return all packaging with the card if possible.

4.  Refunds will be provided for the card price alone, not the postage, but replacements will be sent out free of charge.
